Pairs Throwdown
Mixed pairs, three workouts, two divisions (ED & RX). Each gym hosts in-house, your floor, your crew, your noise.
Run Club
Sunday morning runs at Richmond Park, Wimbledon Common and across South-West London. All paces. Coffee after.
Cycle Club
Weekend rides out of London. Steady-paced, social, no-one dropped. Locations rotate.
Hyrox Sim
Full-distance Hyrox simulation in-house. Race-day pacing, real running, real wall balls. Best prep there is.
Outdoor Workout
Sessions out of the gym and into the park. Twickenham, Brixton, Kennington, Wandsworth. Bring sunscreen.
Sweat & Socials
Train hard. Stay for drinks. The session that turns a gym into a community. One per location, every month.
Intro to CrossFit
For existing DELTΔ members who want to step into Athletica. Three free sessions to learn the language, lifts and pacing.
Murph
The Memorial Day Murph. 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run. With a vest if you want it. We do this together every year.
Team Games
All five gyms, one venue. Inter-gym games day at St Mary's Twickenham. The best Saturday of the year, half competition, half family BBQ.
Ergathlon
Row, ski, bike. One day, one machine after another. Pairs and solo divisions. Fundraiser format.
Halloween Workout
Costumes mandatory. Workout structure secondary. Photos always good.
Christmas Party
End-of-year, all five gyms, one venue, no programming. Just the room.
