Membership questions.
Life events. If you're injured, made redundant, or pregnant, we'll pause your membership while you sort things out. Bring proof (medical note, redundancy letter, midwife confirmation) and we'll set it up.
Loyalty pauses. Long-standing members get an annual pause as a thank-you:
- 2+ years a member, up to a 2-week pause per year
- 4+ years a member, up to a 4-week pause per year
