From DELTΔ to Athletica.
A free, three-session pathway for existing members who want to step into our CrossFit programme. Same coaches. Different stimulus.
What it is
An on-ramp from DELTΔ into Athletica. Three coached sessions that introduce the movements, language and intensity of our CrossFit classes, barbell cycling, gymnastics skills, the structure of a CrossFit hour, so you can transition into Athletica feeling like a regular instead of a beginner.
Who it's for
Existing Gymnasium members on DELTΔ who want to add Athletica, or move across to it. You don't need to commit to changing membership before doing it. Plenty of members do Intro to CrossFit, decide DELTΔ still suits them, and stay where they are. Both outcomes are fine.
What you'll cover
- The barbell lifts and how we cycle them in workouts
- Olympic lifting basics, clean, snatch, jerk
- Gymnastics skills, pull-ups, dips, kipping mechanics
- Pacing inside an Athletica hour
Cost
Free for members. If you want to switch to Athletica afterwards, the coaches will help you make the change.
Members register through the app. Spaces are limited per cohort.
