Sunday mornings. Big parks. All paces.
Once a month, a coach picks a route, members show up, and we run together. Then we get coffee.
What it is
A coach-led group run on the first or second Sunday of the month. Routes rotate between Richmond Park, Wimbledon Common, Battersea Park and the Thames towpath. Pace groups split out so a 6:00/km runner and a 4:30/km runner can both have a good morning.
Who it's for
Every member. Beginners welcome. We've had members run their first 5k at Run Club. We've also had marathoners use it as a long-run base. If you can run, you can come.
How it works
Distances usually sit between 5k and 10k. Coaches set off in pace groups. Stragglers don't get dropped. There's a coffee stop after, that bit isn't optional.
Members book through the app. Routes and meet points go out the week before.
