What it is
A team-format workout, partners or small groups, followed by drinks. The training is the icebreaker. The drinks are why it works.
Why it exists
The session you do at 6am next to the same person every Tuesday is a class. The session you finish, then sit down with a beer and learn what they do for a living, is a community. Sweat & Socials is the bit that builds the second one.
How it works
One Friday or Saturday a month, per gym. Workout starts late afternoon or early evening. We finish, the bar comes out, food shows up. New members are pushed straight into a team, that's the point.
Members book through the app. New members are introduced on the night.

Each location runs its own Sweat & Socials. Dates rotate so you can hit a few across the year. Members get the calendar in-app.
